Q: What will happen when my subscription expires?
A: You will be automatically billed for another term (6 months or a year depending on which you signed up for.) If you would like to change this, please contact us at email@example.com. If you would like to cancel your subscription you must do so within two weeks after your subscription is renewed for a full refund. You may cancel after the two weeks with no refund. Cancellation can be done by logging into your PayPal account or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting it. A courtesy reminder will be sent to your email address at the time of renewal.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: If you cannot remember your password, click on the link that says "forgot password?" when logging in. An email will be sent to the email address that you signed up with. You must follow the instructions in the email to activate and use your temporary password.
Upon receiving your temporary password, you can update your password to something you can more easily remember by clicking on the Update Profile link that will be shown when you successfully log in.
Q: How many downloads does my subscription allow?
A: Your subscription allows you unlimited downloads on all PianoMorning.com content for as long as you are a subscriber.
Q: What if I can't find something I need?
A: All PianoMorning.com subscribers are welcome to write in with suggestions on content that they would like to see added. The PianoMorning.com staff will do their best to accommodate your needs.
Q: What if I am unhappy with what my subscription offers?
A: We apologize if our site does not meet your needs, but due to the nature of PianoMorning.com, refunds are not permitted. This avoids user abuse of the site. We do suggest that you write in and tell us what you would like to see on the site before you decide whether or not to cancel your subscription.
